Eating Out

Vitranc Hotel, Podkoren – This is a good place to eat and catches the end of the sunset on the terrace at the front.  It’s extremely convenient – just a couple of minutes from Hisa Miha in the main square of Podkoren (just cross the road to Kranjska Gora and follow the road running up into the village opposite Hisa Miha)

Hotel Kotnik restaurant and pizzeria, Kranjska Gora – The pizzeria is always busy and has a cosy atmosphere.

Hotel Lipa, Kranjska Gora – excellent quality food, wine and attentive service.

Cvitar, Kranjska Gora – a great spot particularly in summer, located in the main square next to the church. Good food and large terrace at the front which is great for watching the world go by!

Pri Zerjavu, Ratece – This village is the other side Podkoren on the road going from Kranjska Gora towards Italy. Pri Zerjavu is a traditional gostilna located in the main square of the village.

Surc, Ratece – Another fantastic traditional gostilna. From Pri Zerjavu turn left and continue through the village until you see Surc on your right.
